Our operations team offers a variety of constantly evolving careers that are the foundation for a successful transportation company. Career paths Driver Management/Dispatch, Planning and Customer Service keep drivers moving and customers happy.
Our Safety Team Specialist position is a fast paced, critical position in the company as our Company depends on all our employees getting home safely to their families. Strong safety scores and compliance are critical factors in maintaining a great reputation with our customers. Safety Team Specialists report to the Director of Safety and Process Improvement.
Our Driver Recruiter, and Processor positions are vital for sourcing and onboarding new talent efficiently for a seamless transition to a life-long career at McLeod Express. These positions report to the Director of Recruiting.
Our Truck and Trailer Technician positions in Decatur, IL; Springfield, IL; and Lafayette, IN are key to ensuring our fleet is safe and meeting DOT regulations and are supported by shop leads at each location. Our Decatur shop also includes wash bay attendants. These positions report to the Director of Maintenance.
Accounting careers are essential functions that keep our drivers and customers paid. These careers include Accounts Payable and Receivable, Billing, Driver and Office Payroll, Bookkeepers, Accounting Analysts and Accounting Managers. These positions report to the CFO.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)
Our IT Manager and Systems Administrator are vital roles that keep both the office and driver technology running so that the business can run efficiently. These positions report to the CFO
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)
The HR Manager, Coordinator and Clerk functions support both drivers and non-driving staff through their careers and are available for escalated issues, ongoing training and managing your employee benefits. These positions report to the CFO.
